What it means

A rapid montage shows different cinematic characters giving a thumbs-up in response to captions about being hated, failing exams, romantic rejection, having no money, being scolded by mom, betrayal, and nearly dying. The joke is the absurdly positive reaction to increasingly miserable situations, amplified by the dramatic super-slowed phonk-style music, making the video work as an ironic reaction meme for pretending everything is fine. The soundtrack is VXLLAIN, VØJ & Narvent — “Distant Echoes (Super Slowed)”.
