We Can't Expect God to Do All the Work

Text on the meme

we can't expect God to do all the work

What it means

A heavily bandaged, glowing-eyed figure gestures dramatically above the caption “we can't expect God to do all the work.” The joke presents an absurdly ominous reaction to the idea that people must take responsibility and contribute instead of waiting for divine intervention.
