American Taxpayers Fund Israel and Ukraine

American taxpayers

Squidward watches as SpongeBob and another SpongeBob character walk together while covered by the flags of Israel and Ukraine, then the scene cuts to a closing door. The joke sarcastically portrays American taxpayers as funding or supporting both countries, followed by an abrupt exit. It is used as a political reaction meme about U.S. foreign aid and taxpayer frustration.
