Giving Birth in VC Is Prohibited

Text on the meme

@everyone I can't believe I have to say this... I've had a talk wit the Admins and the Staff Team about recent events... I can't believe I habe to say this, but giving birth in VC is prohibited. If I catch someone giving birth in VC, It's an instant black list from the Grou - The Moderation Team

What it means

A Discord-style moderation announcement jokingly claims that giving birth in voice chat is prohibited and will result in an instant blacklist. It parodies overly serious community rules and is used as an absurd reaction to chaotic or inappropriate behavior in a voice channel.
