What it means

A screenshot of an Elon Musk post presents a quote attributed to economist F. A. Hayek over an image of a woman in a white top and patterned skirt standing in a desert. The joke comes from pairing a serious anti-inflation statement with a suggestive glamour photo, making the woman the “best economist ever” through absurd visual misdirection.
