Kate Bush Did 9/11
DID YOU KNOW? Early in her career, Kate Bush was known for using unusual time signatures in her music. At a time when most artists were doing 4/4, Bush did 9/11.
A portrait of musician Kate Bush appears against a red background with a fake trivia caption. The punchline treats the musical time signature 9/11 as if it referred to the September 11 attacks, creating dark absurd humor. It is used as an ironic reaction to mock misleading “Did you know?” facts or shocking wordplay.
