Flat Earth Ice Wall Planet

Text on the meme

i cant believe theres actually a flat earth ice wall planet LHS 1140b is a super-Earth tidally locked to its small, quiet red dwarf star, and thanks to recent JWST observations, we think it is a cold eyeball planet: frozen all over except for a liquid ocean directly facing the dim star. sci.news/astronomy/habi...

What it means

A screenshot of a social media post jokingly interprets an astronomy article about the exoplanet LHS 1140b as proof of a flat Earth-style ice wall planet. The punchline comes from confusing the scientific term “eyeball planet” with flat-Earth imagery, making it useful as an absurd reaction to conspiracy theories or bizarre discoveries.
