CONCORD

What it means

Tracer from Overwatch is humorously sitting on a Concord promotional poster or display, while people stand behind her. The joke references Concord’s widely mocked failure and uses Tracer as a recognizable gaming character to exaggerate the idea of the game being crushed or overshadowed.
