Study with Mom vs Dad
Study with Mom Study with Dad
A split-screen video contrasts studying with Mom, where a mother calmly helps a child with homework, and studying with Dad, where a stern man becomes increasingly aggressive and attacks the student. The joke exaggerates the difference between a gentle, supportive parent and a terrifyingly strict father; Bobby Darin’s “Beyond the Sea” plays underneath, giving the violent bottom panel an oddly cheerful, theatrical mood that heightens the absurdity.
