American Watches Sonic 3

>be American >go to the movies for Sonic 3 >see a child getting shot by a government agent >applaud >arrive at the theater

A text meme describes an American going to see Sonic 3, witnessing a child being shot by a government agent, applauding, and then arriving at the theater. The absurd punchline satirizes stereotypes about American gun violence and desensitization, presenting the events in deliberately backwards order as a reaction to political violence.
