The Girl Who Wanted Me

Bro: "A girl talked to me today, she totally wanted me" The girl:

What it means

An anime-style elf girl runs toward the camera on a path leading through a fantasy castle village while several dark-clothed figures approach behind her. The joke is that the speaker interprets a girl’s interaction as romantic interest, but the approaching crowd suggests she was actually leading people toward him or setting him up. Upbeat music makes the escalating approach feel dramatically overconfident and absurd.
