Be careful who you call ugly in middle school

What it means

A strange-looking SpongeBob-like character stands in a classroom, while the image beside him reveals a terrifying monstrous transformation. The joke is that the awkward or ugly-looking child from middle school might grow into something intimidating later, so people use it as a humorous glow-up or revenge reaction.
