What it means

EN: Team Fortress 2 characters dance in sync around a defeated fighter lying on the ground against a gray background. Set to Katy Perry’s pop hit “California Gurls,” the scene turns battle chaos and victory into an absurd celebratory dance, making the clip useful as a reaction to an unexpectedly cheerful triumph.
