Estonian Training Grounds Target
Incredible things are happening in Estonian training grounds
A person in a high-visibility vest appears to be training at a shooting range, aiming toward a wooden target wall with a portrait attached to it. The absurd joke is that the portrait looks like an unusually strange or unexpected target, making the training exercise seem bizarre.
