What Should I Call Him?

Text on the meme

I just made a new character, what the FUCK should I call him?

What it means

A blurry, unsettling image of a stern bald man displayed on an old television screen. The joke is that the bizarre-looking “new character” is presented as if viewers should invent a ridiculous name for him, making it useful as an absurd reaction meme.
