Barely on Breakfast

Text on the meme

U on steroids ? he's barely on breakfast

What it means

A muscular person is shown doing barbell curls in a gym while an Instagram comment asks, “U on steroids?” Another commenter jokes that he is “barely on breakfast,” parodying the idea that his physique is so extreme that even a normal meal sounds like a performance-enhancing substance. It is used as an absurd reaction to someone who looks unusually strong or muscular.
