Favorite Lobotomy Before and After
this is my favorite lobotomy before and after picture ever i would get one if i saw this on the news Before After
A black-and-white side-by-side portrait shows a serious-looking man before and after an apparent lobotomy. The “after” image shows him with a shaved head and a cigar in his mouth, making the supposed transformation absurd. The meme is used as a darkly comic reaction to news or situations that seem to promise an appealing but ridiculous change.
