What it means

A surreal political meme shows Squidward and a distorted green cartoon character reacting to a smiling dollar bill apparently taking over the Russian senate. The caption mixes absurd commentary about aid to China, military status, violence, and the Chinese phrase “我歌巨大的球,” ending with a Xiaohongshu reference. It is used as an intentionally chaotic reaction to confusing geopolitical or political news.
