Amazon Holiday Suicide Form

I PROMISE I will not kill myself (hanging, shooting myself, etc.) during the holidays I AFFIRM Submit Clear form i work at Amazon and they just sent me this on a google form

A screenshot of a Google Form asks an employee to affirm that they will not kill themselves during the holidays, with a person’s face visible below and a caption saying Amazon sent it to them. The joke is the disturbingly blunt workplace response to holiday-season mental health concerns, making the form look absurd and alarming as a reaction to corporate insensitivity.
