Anime Athlete Clears the Bar

NEW ZEALAND I-Q PARIS 2024

A blue-haired anime character runs and attempts a high jump in the upper half while a New Zealand Olympic athlete performs the same event in the lower half. The clip edits the anime motion to mirror the real athlete, ending with the character looking stunned after the jump, turning the comparison into an absurdly synchronized sports reaction. The euphoric electronic dance music, The Blessed Madonna’s “He Is the Voice I Hear (Mixed),” makes the sequence feel dramatic and triumphant while heightening the comedic mismatch.
