Text on the meme

Photos from my friend who is a vet tech your friend small af and weirdddd

What it means

Two photos show a tiny wet kitten being held, first wrapped in a white towel and then bundled in a blue towel with its mouth open. The joke is that the kitten looks extremely small and weird, making this a reaction meme for affectionately describing an unusual or chaotic friend.
