Two Hours and Coffee Wins

8 hours of sleep 2 hours of sleep and cup of coffee

A split-screen video contrasts a tired, sluggish man after eight hours of sleep with a man looking increasingly energetic and euphoric after only two hours of sleep and a cup of coffee. Fast, upbeat music and rapidly changing dramatic reaction shots turn the comparison into an absurd joke about caffeine making someone feel more alive than proper rest. It is commonly sent as a relatable reaction to surviving on very little sleep but excessive coffee.
