Japanese Songs Get Stronger

Text on the meme

Follow for daily JAPANESE songs. 💪💪💪

What it means

A little girl sings sweetly into a studio microphone, while the video’s comments progressively show people lifting heavier weights and performing feats of extreme strength. The joke is that the supposedly Japanese song is “Old MacDonald Had a Farm,” and the innocent children’s song is treated like an increasingly intense workout anthem. It works as a reaction to music that unexpectedly makes someone feel powerful.
