The Last of Us Workout
THE LAST OF US
A fast-paced montage shows people struggling through intense workouts, awkward physical exertion, and exhausting movement, ending with a shirtless man making a strained face beside the words “THE LAST OF US.” The dramatic edit and the slowed darkwave-style song “American Psycho/The Perfect Girl (Slowed)” by Plodentata turn ordinary exercise into an absurd apocalyptic survival scene, like a parody reaction to extreme effort or exhaustion.
