Usopp's Overengineered Sniper Rifle
Why didn't Ussop use a 5.56 mm caliber M-16 Sniper Rifle with exploding hollow point SeaStone-cased Haki imbued bullets against Devil Fruit Users?
Usopp is shown aiming an oversized rifle in a One Piece scene. The joke humorously asks why he does not use an absurdly overpowered, technically specific weapon against Devil Fruit users, parodying excessive military jargon and fan speculation.
