What it means

EN: On a white background, pancakes, Easter cakes, and shashlik are listed, with the first two words crossed out, while “С 1 Мая!” appears at the bottom. The joke is about the succession of holiday foods: after Maslenitsa and Easter comes the May holiday with shashlik; people send it as a festive greeting with a humorous reminder of the feast.
