I've Decided to Start Being Insane

Text on the meme

I've decided to start being insane It would be crazy to show me your tits

What it means

A fake social media post shows someone declaring that they have decided to start being insane, followed by a reply making an absurdly direct request for nude exposure. The joke is the escalation from a vague statement of insanity to shameless, inappropriate behavior, making it useful as an ironic reaction to someone acting unhinged.
