Public Displays of Affection: A Short Guide YES: NO:

What it means

A humorous guide contrasts two bird photos: colorful budgies touching beaks affectionately are labeled acceptable public affection, while two darker birds appearing to bite or fight are labeled unacceptable. The meme is used as a playful reaction to distinguish cute affection from awkward or aggressive behavior.
