Trump Playing Gacha After Attempt

Text on the meme

After surviving an assassination attempt yesterday. Donald Trump has been sighted having dinner and playing gacha at a restaurant

What it means

Donald Trump is shown seated at a formal restaurant dinner, apparently playing a gacha game on a tablet after surviving an assassination attempt. The joke contrasts the seriousness of the attempted assassination with the absurdly casual image of Trump immediately enjoying gacha gaming in public. It is used as an ironic reaction to someone acting strangely calm after a dramatic event.
