Presidential Assassination Through a VTuber

Text on the meme

What it means

A screenshot of a social media post comments on watching breaking news about an attempted presidential assassination through a VTuber livestream. The joke contrasts the seriousness of political violence with the bizarrely modern and indirect way the news was received, through an anime-style streamer channel.
