Green Blob Says Hell No

Text on the meme

Hell No

What it means

A small green blob with a simple smiling face appears in front of diagonal green, white, gray, and black stripes. The “Hell No” caption turns the cute image into an emphatic but playful refusal, used as a reaction to reject an idea or request.
