Lonely Saturday Sailor Moon Gaming

Text on the meme

I’m 50 years old Japanese man. I am lonely on Saturday night. I play Sailor Moon SNES game

What it means

A middle-aged Japanese man sits alone in his living room on Saturday night, holding a Sailor Moon SNES game cartridge while a blue-screen television is behind him. The humor comes from the bluntly lonely confession and the unexpectedly wholesome, nostalgic choice of entertainment, making it a reaction meme for spending the weekend alone.
