Caught Behind the Police Car
GEORGIA POLICE MINNEAPOLIS
A cartoon character crouches behind the back of a police car while another pink cartoon character lies on the ground beneath them. The joke comes from the exaggerated attempt to hide in an obviously conspicuous and awkward position, making it useful as a reaction to sneaking around, being caught, or hiding badly.
