Elf Gets the Boot
Stupid elf bit my finger so I gave it the boot
A small elf doll appears to bite the photographer’s finger while being held over a stone garden path. The joke plays on “give someone the boot,” meaning to kick or get rid of them, while literally showing the elf being placed near a boot as punishment. It works as an absurd reaction to something irritating or mischievous.
