DLCs That Are Basically New Games

Shout out to DLCs that are basically a whole new game Gotta be one of my favorite genres THE WITCHER WILD HUNT BLOOD AND WINE CYBERPUNK PHANTOM LIBERTY DYING LIGHT THE FOLLOWING FAR CRY 5 BLOOD DRAGON ELDEN RING SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE MONSTER HUNTER WORLD ICEBORNE PREY MOONCRASH XENOBLADE CHRONICLES 2 TORNA THE GOLDEN COUNTRY XENOBLADE CHRONICLES 3 FUTURE REDEEMED MARIOKART 8 DELUXE BOOSTER COURSE PASS RED DEAD REDEMPTION UNDEAD NIGHTMARE KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC

A collage of video game expansions and downloadable content is shown over a praying reaction image. The joke is that some DLCs are so large and substantial that they feel like entirely new games, making them one of the poster’s favorite genres.
