Gymbro Eats Chicken and Rice Again

Gymbros eating chicken and rice for the 900th day in a row

A young man in a bright red shirt sits in a kitchen and eats chicken and rice while large portions of rice and sliced chicken are visible in front of him. He gradually looks increasingly satisfied and amused, making the joke that extreme gym-diet repetition has somehow become genuinely enjoyable. The clip works as a reaction to eating the same boring meal every day, with chewing and dish sounds accompanied by music that heightens the absurdly cheerful mood.
