Is He Stupid Cat

is he stupid?

An orange-and-white cat stares at a piece of salmon being waved on a stick near its face, barely reacting until another cat suddenly rushes in and steals it. The joke is the cat’s blank, confused expression and the question of whether it is too slow or “stupid” to notice the food. Cat-like sounds reinforce the chaotic reaction-video feel.
