What it means

A young man in a camera store points a handheld camera toward a security camera and appears to compare or imitate it. The video then cuts to a stern older employee staring at him, creating a comedic punchline about getting caught acting suspiciously in the electronics department. It is used as a reaction to someone behaving strangely or being confronted by an unimpressed authority figure.

Speech

Hey guys welcome back to new video today. We're in a Walmart. We're gonna be robbing the store
