How Russians Say Kill Two Birds
In Russian we don’t say “to kill 2 birds with 1 stone” We say: “both eat a fish, and sit on a dick” We say: И рыбку съесть, и на хуй сесть EAT A FISH РЫБКУ СЪЕСТЬ SIT ON A DICK НА ХУЙ СЕСТЬ
A bald man wearing glasses humorously explains that instead of saying “to kill two birds with one stone,” Russian uses the vulgar phrase “И рыбку съесть, и на хуй сесть,” literally presented as “eat a fish and sit on a dick.” He breaks the phrase into an English-Russian comparison, then gives an approving thumbs-up; the joke is the absurd, profane literal translation and the mismatch between a polite idiom lesson and crude slang. The clip works as a reaction to situations where someone wants to achieve two goals at once, especially when the blunt Russian phrasing is funny or unexpectedly vulgar.
In Russian we don't say to kill two birds with one stone. We say to both eat a fish and sit on a dick. И рыбку съесть, и нахуй съесть. Right, so you eat a fish, a рыбку съесть, and both sit on a dick. Нахуй, which is a dick, съесть, which is to sit. И рыбку съесть, и нахуй съесть.
