What it means

EN: A potato chip bag featuring a red-haired anime-style male character is being held over another matching bag. In the ordinary snack aisle, the character appears to be standing and breaking through the packaging, which creates the joke. It can be used as a reaction to anime collaborations or seeing a favorite character turned into a product.
