After the Change Wave Transformation

Text on the meme

After the Change Wave, almost everyone suffered a major transformation. I had transformed from your friend into this, a two headed goth girl. What it means

A photo shows two goth women posing closely together, presented as a fictional two-headed goth girl after a mysterious “Change Wave.” The joke is an absurd roleplay transformation scenario, used as a reaction to jokingly claim that someone has changed dramatically.
