Kitten Has Its First Thought

blud was about to form his first thought for a second

A tiny orange-and-white kitten lies wrapped in a gray blanket while gently mouthing a person’s finger, then slowly looks toward the camera with wide, vacant eyes. The caption jokes that the kitten briefly managed to form its first thought, making its blank, confused expression the punchline. The clip is set to the melancholic Russian pop song “Белые розы” by Laskovy May, whose sentimental mood makes the kitten’s tiny moment of apparent consciousness even more absurd.
