Bro Tries a New Exercise

“Bro you should try this new exercise..”

A young man in a gym attempts a strange cable exercise while wearing headphones, then the video abruptly overlays a cute anime girl and ends with a TikTok loading screen. The joke is the absurd mismatch between ordinary workout advice and the bizarre, unexpectedly aesthetic edit, making it useful as a reaction to an overly dramatic or unconventional idea. The clip uses 4GVST’s “Aura Song,” an atmospheric electronic track whose dreamy mood heightens the surreal punchline.
