Frog-Shaped Rock Gift
...I WAS PLANNING ON GIVING THIS TO YOU... ...HERE! IT'S A FROG-SHAPED ROCK...
A manga-style comic shows a young man presenting a girl with what appears to be a small gift, only for her to reveal that it is a frog-shaped rock. The joke is the absurdly underwhelming and unexpectedly literal gift, making it suitable as a reaction to awkward generosity or strange presents.
