What it means

EN: A supermarket sale sign shows yellow peppers priced at 5.90, with a limit of up to 3 kg for purchases over 75 shekels. The joke is that the previous price and the new price appear identical, so the “sale” offers no real discount. It is a common sarcastic reaction to misleading promotions and the cost of living.
