What it means

A person lies face-down in muddy water while a list complains about gaming trends, including Overwatch rip-offs, souls-likes, PC ports, soulless remakes, Marvel games, and PlayStation bloatware. The punchline is the sarcastic line “Gaming is fine methinks,” implying that the gaming industry is clearly in a terrible state despite pretending everything is fine.
