Bro Found a New Exercise

"bro i found this new exercise"

A young man in a gym demonstrates a bizarre new exercise, first moving his arms awkwardly and then lifting cable handles over his head. The joke is the exaggerated confidence of presenting an ordinary, uncomfortable-looking movement as a groundbreaking workout, making it useful as an absurd reaction video. The clip is set to 4GVST’s “Aura Song,” whose atmospheric electronic/phonk-style music gives the routine an oddly dramatic, serious presentation.
