Minority Report Predicts Crime

>movie about a futuristic world where they can identify people most likely to commit crimes >the movie is called minority report what did they mean by this?

A still of Tom Cruise from Minority Report shows him using futuristic technology while text jokes that the movie’s premise sounds like a description of Minority Report itself. The punchline is that the vague description is so obvious that naming the film feels hilariously redundant.
