EN: News footage shows a horse stranded on a rooftop during flooding in Brazil. The serious flood report becomes surreal because the horse is standing proudly on the roof, with its name and sex introduced in a very formal news style. It is used as a reaction to bizarre situations or overly serious coverage of something absurd.
