What it means

A stylized drawing shows a couple posing closely together, with the woman affectionately holding the man’s face. The joke is that she is so in love that she draws them as characters from Family Guy, turning romantic fan art into a humorous cartoon-style reaction. It can be sent when someone is intensely infatuated or playfully obsessed with their partner.
